Rooftop pool and cocktail bar in central St. Julian's

Amenities & Pool

Hotel Valentina offers a seasonal rooftop pool with sun loungers and umbrella service, plus a cocktail bar that stays open late. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival, and pool towels are provided with a €10 deposit. The pool area is open from 9 am to 8 pm, though the pool bar closes earlier at 6:30 pm, with drinks still deliverable from the lobby bar.

Rooms

Rooms at Hotel Valentina Malta include satellite LCD TVs, minibars, and tea and coffee making facilities, with some offering a furnished balcony. The soundproofed rooms ensure quiet sleep despite the nearby nightlife, and the private bathrooms have a hairdryer and shower. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room help maintain a comfortable temperature during hot weather.

Dining

The hotel's lounge bar serves cocktails and wine daily, and breakfast is a varied buffet with hot and cold options, including fresh cakes. A restaurant under the same ownership, The Avenue, is a short 800 ft walk away and offers Mediterranean dishes with a 10% discount for guests who choose alternate-day room cleaning. The Avenue is open for lunch and dinner, providing an alternative to the hotel's breakfast-only dining.

Location

Hotel Valentina Paceville is a 5-minute walk from Portomaso Marina and Spinola Bay, and a 10-minute stroll to Dragonara Casino and St. George's Bay Beach. The hotel sits on a quiet side street in the lively Paceville district, yet the exceptional soundproofing keeps guest rooms silent. Bus stops and the Ross bus stop are within 1000 ft, making island exploration straightforward from Hotel Valentina St Julians.
